Welcome to my Blog!

It is my desire to share words that God has given to up lift us in our walk with Him. We all want to hear from Him, to guide and direct us on the journey of life we are all on. I believe we all want to serve Him, and allow Him to speak to our hearts via the Holy Spirit. Walking with Him requires us to open our ears to hear His still small voice and more importantly to obey.

That is why I have created this blog. Through the years the Lord has blessed me with words and dreams. It is time to share them.

A little about me. I originally started this blog under a different name and with a different purpose. Many years have passed. Many changes also through these long years. The biggest change came in 2022 when my beloved husband of over 30 years passed away from pancreatic cancer. Since then I have tried to lean more on the Lord for direction in this new path. The last year and a half brought more change as I sold our home and moved 500 miles away to a new state. Big change as I was from the northeast and now live in the south. The weather alone was, shall I say, a huge change. Thankfully, I have my younger daughter nearby to assist with this change. I left an office manager position and took a job at a daycare, that was a massive shift.

Subsequently, I have left the daycare and am now what I like to call, temporarily retired. The Lord is using this time to reignite my love of the Word and writing. Many years have passed since I have really written anything. Yes, I have written down words He has given me, but have not touched any stories I began years ago. This is the time to open up to Him and allow Him to help and lead me to finish those stories.

It is my wish to publish the words He has given me on a regular basis. I am not sure how often I will put them up. The adding of a scripture verse to enhance what He has told me, is a priority. Making sure each word lines up with scripture is very important to me.
